About

Where organisational performance meets human wellbeing.

Workplace psych safety is a specialist practice founded on a simple conviction:  that the conditions in which people work shape not just their health, but the performance of the organisations they work for. Psychological harm at work is not inevitable - it is most often the product of identifiable, manageable risks.

We work with organisations and individuals at both ends of the equation.

For organisations, we provide expert psychosocial risk consulting - from strategic hazard audits and WHS governance advice to leadership capability development and worker's compensation case management. Our approach is grounded in Australian WHS legislation, Safe Work Australia frameworks, and the latest international research on psychological safety, moral injury and people centred change leadership.

For workers, we provide specialist clinical psychology services within the worker's compensation system - evidence based assessment and treatment delivered by psychologists who understand the complexity of work related psychological injury.

This dual focus is intentional. Understanding the clinical reality of what happens when workplaces fail gives us a perspective that pure consulting practices don't have. Understanding the systemic drivers of harm gives our clinical work a depth that generalist practice cannot match.

Our practice is based in Tasmania. We work with employers, HR and WHS leaders, insurers and injured workers across the state and consult nationally on psychosocial risk strategy.

We are registered psychologists, bound by the ethical standards of AHPRA. Our work is evidence based, outcomes focused, and always centred on the people involved.
